About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which Aqua Smart Plumbing and Heating Limited provides quotations and heating services. Using this website means you accept these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. A quotation given from photographs is based on the information supplied and may be adjusted if the site conditions differ materially from what was described. Any adjustment is agreed with you in writing before work continues.

Work and access

We ask that reasonable access is provided to the property, the boiler position and the gas and water supplies on the agreed date. If access cannot be provided and the appointment is missed, a further visit may be chargeable.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed on your quotation. Where finance is used, the terms of the finance agreement are between you and the finance provider. All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the boiler manufacturer and are subject to their conditions, which normally include an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Warranty length depends on the make and model installed. Our own workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion.

Cancellation

Where a contract is agreed away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for the work already carried out and materials already supplied.

Liability

We carry 5 million pounds public liability insurance, 10 million pounds employers liability insurance and 5 million pounds product liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Complaints

If something is not right, contact us at Enquiries@aquasmartplumbingandheating.com or on 07760 107717. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 28 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
